Art Leap Day Two Park Rapids, MN
Art Leap, an “open studio event” featuring artists and guest artists, will offer 30 sites and feature nearly 100 artists at studios and other locations in Hubbard, Becker and Wadena counties September 23 and 24. Sites will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Hop from studio to studio, learn process, appreciate skill and support the artists.

Find a pop-up exhibition and market on the main floor organized by the Animikii Print Club, a collective of indigenous artists based in Mahnomen. Exhibiting artists: Joseph J. Allen, photography; Courtney Bunker, prints and jewelry; Kent Estey, paintings and prints; Nedahness Greene, photography,; Emily Klarer, screen printing. The Gallery at the Armory in the northeast corner hosts artworks in a variety of media, including sculptures, photography, oils and watercolors.
